I'm a postdoctoral researcher at INSEAD; my research focuses on organization design. In September 2026, I will join the faculty at Bocconi as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology.
My research can be summarized in two streams: (a) organizing and functioning of online communities; (b) re-organizing in response to GenAI. In (a), I examine how individuals structure collective action in the absence of formal authority. In (b), I study how the diffusion of GenAI reshapes organizations: from the skills they demand to the hierarchical solutions they adopt. Across both, I ask how organizations find structure when familiar organization-design levers — formal hierarchy, a settled template — are absent or in flux. I work primarily with computational text analysis and quasi-experimental designs.
